Outbound email in Small Business Chatbot is built on Mailgun. You connect a sending subdomain, publish two DNS records (SPF and DKIM) plus two more for reply routing and tracking, and every workflow email and AI follow-up sequence delivers from your own branded domain.

If your team already runs on Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Outlook, you don't connect a mailbox to us. Your inbox keeps doing what it does for human-to-human email; we send automation traffic through your authenticated domain in parallel. Replies route back into our unified inbox so AI sequences halt the moment a teammate jumps in.
