Before Small Business Chatbot, Arthur was an early employee and Head of Growth at OneLocal (YC S17), where he helped hundreds of service-based SMBs with their marketing. During this time, he learned just how important it is to get back to clients as soon as possible.
With the advent of large language models, AI is now powerful enough to handle most customer communications across chat, voice, and phone. Furthermore, AI agents can now directly book and cancel appointments.
