Streak lives inside Gmail, and its API is a clean key-authenticated REST surface. We push new chat and voice captures into the Streak pipeline of your choice as Boxes, with the conversation summary logged as a comment.

Streak webhooks fire on box, stage, and field changes, which we hook into to drive AI follow-up campaigns — perfect for businesses that already live in Gmail.

How to connect Streak

In Streak's Gmail sidebar, click the gear icon → API → generate / copy your API key (or open streak.com/api directly).

Open Workflows → Integrations → Streak in the dashboard and paste the key.

Pick the pipeline and stage new chat-sourced boxes should land in. Streak has no fixed CRM schema — your pipeline + field keys define the object model, so we'll read the schema once when you connect.

Optional (Pro+ plan or Enterprise only): in Streak, open the pipeline → Settings → Automations → outbound webhook step. Point it at the inbound URL we provide.

Send a test chat and confirm the box appears in Streak with the conversation summary.
Good to know
  • Webhooks require Streak's Pro+ or Enterprise plan. Free and Solo plans cannot create them — those customers run on polling instead.
  • There's a cap of 16 webhook endpoints per Streak account.
  • Streak's object model is 'boxes inside pipelines' — what counts as a Lead, Deal, or Contact depends entirely on how the pipeline is set up in your account.
