CRM Connects via: API token + webhooks

Pipedrive has a clean REST API and a built-in webhook subscription system, so the integration is fast to set up. The chat widget and AI voice agent create Persons, Organizations, and Deals in your Pipedrive account, with the conversation summary added as an Activity or Note on the deal.

Pipedrive can push outbound webhooks for almost any change — deal added, deal stage changed, deal won, person updated. Each one of those becomes a trigger you can hang an AI follow-up off.

How to connect Pipedrive

In Pipedrive, click your profile in the top right → Company settings → Personal preferences → API tab. Copy your personal API token — each user can have one active token.

Open Workflows → Integrations → Pipedrive in the Small Business Chatbot dashboard and paste the token. We send it via the x-api-token header against the v2 API.

Choose the default pipeline and stage for new chat-sourced deals, and a default owner.

Optional: in Pipedrive, go to Settings → Tools and apps → Webhooks and add a new webhook (use v2) pointing at the inbound URL we provide. Pick the events you want to fire AI follow-ups on — deal.updated, deal.added, person.updated, etc. Max 40 webhooks per user.

Send a test chat with an email captured, confirm the Person + Deal show up in Pipedrive with the summary attached.
