Jobber Integration

Create Jobber clients, requests, and quotes from chat. Trigger follow-ups on Jobber webhook events.

Field Service Connects via: OAuth + GraphQL API + webhooks

Jobber is the most common CRM for small home-service businesses. We connect through Jobber's GraphQL API after an OAuth handshake. The chat widget and AI voice agent create Clients, Requests, Quotes, and Jobs in your Jobber account.

Jobber's webhook subscriptions fire on Client, Request, Quote, Job, Invoice, and Payment events. Those are the moments where AI follow-ups make the biggest difference: a polite SMS when a quote has been sitting unread, an AI voice call when an invoice is overdue, an email reminder before a scheduled visit.
