Apptivo Integration

Create Apptivo Leads, Opportunities, Tasks, and Cases across apps from your chatbot and voice agent.

CRM Connects via: API key + webhooks

Apptivo is modular — CRM, Projects, Help Desk, Invoicing, and more. We connect through its REST API with an API key + session key pair and write into Leads, Customers, Opportunities, Tasks, and Cases.

Apptivo supports webhook subscriptions on most apps, which we use to trigger AI follow-up sequences when records change.

How to connect Apptivo

~10 minutes
1
In Apptivo, click your user dropdown → Business Settings → API Access (left nav) → API keys. Generate or regenerate your API Key + Access Key.
2
Open Workflows → Integrations → Apptivo in the dashboard and paste both keys.
3
Pick which Apptivo app new chat captures should write to (Leads, Customers, or both) and the default pipeline for Opportunities.
4
Optional: webhooks are configured per app, not globally. Open each Apptivo app you want events from (Customers, Leads, Opportunities, Cases) → three-dot menu → Settings → Triggers → Event Based → action 'Call Webhook URL'. Point each at the inbound URL we generate.
5
Send a test conversation and verify the record appears in the right Apptivo app.
Good to know
  • Trigger and webhook configuration is per-app in Apptivo — you set it inside Customers, Leads, Opportunities, and Cases separately, not in a single global settings page.
  • Available object types depend on which Apptivo apps the customer has enabled in their workspace.
