- **Route:** Zapier, with the Small Business Chatbot app's triggers and MyCase's Zapier actions
- **Sign-in:** Your Small Business Chatbot account and your MyCase account, both from Zapier
- **Time to set up:** About fifteen minutes

## What this does

When the AI receptionist finishes a call or a chat, a Zap creates a lead in MyCase with the caller's name, number, email and the call summary. Leads land in MyCase's lead list, ready for intake.

## Before you start

- The Small Business Chatbot app connected in Zapier: [Zapier](https://smallbusinesschatbot.com/docs/integrations/automation/zapier).
- A MyCase account you can sign in to from Zapier.

## Build the Zap

1. **Pick the trigger**

In Zapier, create a Zap with the Small Business Chatbot app and **Call Ended**. Use **Chat Ended** for website chats, or **Appointment Booked** to send only callers who booked a consultation.

2. **Skip spam calls**

Add Zapier's **Filter** step so the Zap continues only when the call wasn't flagged as spam. Calls that match your [spam keywords](https://smallbusinesschatbot.com/docs/user-guides/voice-agent/spam-protection) are marked on the call.

3. **Create the lead**

Add MyCase's **Create Lead** action. Map First name, Phone and Email, and put **Action items** in the lead's notes or description field.

4. **Add a note, if you want the transcript**

Add MyCase's **Create Note** action for the new lead with **Transcript** as the note.

5. **Turn the Zap on**

Test each step in Zapier, then turn the Zap on.

The fields each trigger carries are listed under [Payload sample](https://smallbusinesschatbot.com/docs/integrations/automation/zapier#payload-sample).

## Other MyCase actions

MyCase's Zapier app also has **Create Person**, **Find or Create Person**, **Create Case**, **Find or Create Case** and **Create Call**. Use **Create Call** to log each answered call on a current client's record.
